Who we are

Lemmas is a vocabulary learning app for iOS, available at lemmas.app.

Data we do not collect

Lemmas does not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any account information — no account is required
• Your learning progress, review history, or scores
• Usage statistics or analytics
• Location data
• Advertising identifiers
• Any other personal information

What happens on your device

All vocabulary packs, your SRS progress, review history, and settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Pack purchases

Vocabulary packs are purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is handled entirely by Apple — Lemmas does not process or store payment information.

When you download a pack, the app contacts the Lemmas server to verify your purchase and retrieve the pack content. This request uses Apple App Attest to verify the request comes from a genuine Lemmas installation. No personal data is transmitted or logged in this process.

Optional notifications

Lemmas can send a daily reminder notification if you enable it. Notifications are delivered locally by iOS and do not involve any server communication or data collection.

Third-party services

Lemmas does not use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or social media SDKs. The only external network contact is the Lemmas pack server, described above.

Children

Lemmas does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected, the app is suitable for users of all ages.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted at lemmas.app/privacy with a revised date.
